Let’s Exercise

Being physically fit is what we usually aimed for no matter what types of physical activities we wanted to do. By the way, I know it’s obvious but for the sake of others, don’t you know that being at work and sitting the whole day means “killing yourself slowly”?
Studies confirmed this and our Heart is the main organ at risk aside from our hips, spine and shoulders. In fact, the more hours a day you sit, the greater your likelihood of dying an earlier death regardless of how much you exercise or how lean you are.
We don’t want to make our life as dull as it can be right? I’m a couch potato to be honest but that doesn’t mean I’m not doing any exercises myself. We tend to do a lot of things everyday and those are exercises already but little to no actual exercise. We burn little calories from the actual process.
I’m not a doctor but recent evidences shows that if we won’t stretch our muscles more often we tend to develop bad posture and lower lifespan. I wanna live longer thus started to do some exercises more this year. Earlier today everything is ready.

But it’s not an ironic thing for a 5yrs old shoe to retire.

I guess it's time to buy a new one
Let’s drop off that couch potato attitude and add more love to our lives. Let’s hit the road and do some exercises
